HUGE update :)
Mood:  not sure

Hello Peoples, Sorry i havnt been able to update but ive had one hell of a week. On the good side ive survived my first week as Miss Denman : YAY !

On Tuesday we were moved all around again throughout the day. We finished the day learning about the "Support - A - Talker " program. Which was awesome to learn and gave us some of the resources to work with children that dont speak english or need the extra ESL work. Very very interesting! (for me at least lol ). After school I attended a Professional Development staff meeting where all the grade three teachers (everyone went with the grade they will be teaching) meet and go over different childrens work to see if they agree or not with the level grade that was given to them - they said they'd give me a certificate too which cant hurt the portfolio any :)

On wednesdays i worked with the P.E. teacher for a couple hours. He was really really good working with the kids and gave us each a station to run (i ran the soccer one) it was pretty sweet. We (the four grad students) also were given the task of doing all the school decoration for Book Week. Since the theme is Book Safari we've spent the week making animal tracks, cutting out and colouring animals and painting and cutting out trees. Still have lots to do but it is fun !
On thursday our group had to take a 6/7 composite class for "games" (outdoor ball games). Turned out to be pretty fun. I taught them Around the World which they thought was fun until they couldnt do it - then it was rigged. LOL .
On Friday Gerard and I worked in the Tuck Shop all morning. We made all the burgers (which turned out to be over thirty) as well as counted all the money and pack all the bags. Lots of hard work - i dunno how the parents do it - Kodos  to them for sure. Nothing else all that exciting happened on friday, i was so worn out from the week i went to bed just after 9 and was out cold for the night lol.

Satuday Nate and I treated ourself to a movie - The Ugly Truth. It was halarious and jam packed with awkward sexual moments hahaha Over all i would def. reccomend it. Then bought some left over needed groceries and back home for a movie night.

As for today, Nate got up early to do group work so i got up with him and spent my time calling home and chatting with Mom and Dad for a bit. <3 . Then at 10 i had to head out to the school to work on some schoolwork of my own. That lasted till about 3 then by the time i got the bus and got home it was just after four. While walking in the front gate i saw the landlord (Terry) outside watering her garden so i said hello and she informed me that her house has been broken into and she is currently awaiting the poliece. 8-| She was freaking out cuz Nate and I usually keep our laptops on the tv table and cuz we were both doing schoolwork we took them with us-thank god!. But she was so affraid they were stolen! But she had me come down and check around our place to see if anything has been taken. Nothing had been touched in our place but they- as daring as they are, tried o break in the fron then came around back climbed her back stairs and went into the house. Luckily (for her) she had nothing of any value to steal and the stuff that had value was hidden so all they made off with was a thing with change in it... sum it all up with some sweet potatoes that make me think of christmas and thanksgiving in all their family-turkey-general awesomeness and it makes for one hell of a day.
Tomorrow starts round two of this week...sigh here goes nothing..
